About the role

Accor is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join its Food & Beverage outlet in Visakhapatnam. You will be the first point of contact for diners, delivering warm, professional service that creates memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, set a positive tone and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to advise guests.
• Set up, clear, and polish tables, glassware, and silverware.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and follow cashiering procedures.
• Transport used dishes to the kitchen and keep service stations organized.
• Replenish linens, equipment and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and preparation areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
