Guest Service Agent – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our Food & Beverage team at Accor. The role involves delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring smooth opening and closing operations, and maintaining the standards of our restaurant outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, set tables according to standards, and prepare side stations.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at the correct temperature.
• Apply HACCP and hotel hygiene standards, monitor table cleanliness, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Upsell and promote menu items, cross‑sell other outlets when needed, and handle guest preferences.
• Collect and verify food and beverage requisitions, report complaints or incidents, and assist other outlets during peak periods.
• Attend briefings, trainings, and follow fire and life‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Familiarity with hotel fire and life‑safety procedures.
• Understanding of Food & Beverage service processes.
