Guest Service Agent – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Guest Service Agent to join the Food & Beverage team at Accor. In this on‑site position you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, deliver high‑quality service and uphold safety standards in our restaurant outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, set tables and prepare side stations according to standards.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct temperature and compliance with HACCP food safety guidelines.
• Upsell menu items, promote offers and cross‑sell other hotel venues to maximise revenue.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, manage stock requisitions and report any incidents or guest complaints.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and participate in briefings, trainings and safety drills.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and a commitment to personal hygiene.
