Guest Relationship Officer

About the role

As a Guest Relationship Officer you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering personalized service that creates memorable experiences. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and act as their main liaison, handling inquiries, special requests and VIP needs.
• Proactively check in with guests to confirm satisfaction and arrange dining, transport, or room preferences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collect and report guest feedback, update guest profiles and prepare daily interaction reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, concierge or executive floor service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
