Guest Relations Manager - Female

About the role

The Guest Relations Manager ensures the highest level of hospitality and service throughout the property. This role oversees the lobby, directs guest inquiries and supports the resolution of service issues, maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest services and front‑desk operations, directing guests and handling inquiries in the lobby.
• Supervise and support front‑desk staff, covering duties in their absence and fostering teamwork.
• Monitor daily service quality, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with safety, security and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, oversee energy‑conservation checks and support implementation of guest‑recognition programmes.
• Maintain accurate daily MOD reports and communicate them to all departments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in guest services, front desk or a related role, OR a two‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, integrity and a willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to understand and apply emergency and loss‑prevention policies.
