About the role
The Guest Relation Executive is the first point of contact for guests at The St. Regis New Delhi, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience and delivering personalized service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards details and ensure correct rate application.
- Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and maintain cash balances and bank drops.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and communicate any theft reports to Loss Prevention.
- Provide guests with property information, directions and fulfill special requests by coordinating with appropriate staff.
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and motivating team members.
- Maintain safety standards, report incidents, and uphold confidentiality and professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
