About the role
Hyatt Centric Janakpuri is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations that align with Hyatt International’s brand standards and corporate strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out, and reservations.
- Ensure the department runs efficiently while meeting guest, employee, and owner expectations.
- Supervise and coach front desk staff to maintain high service quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
