About the role
As a Guest Service Associate (GSA) in the Front Office, you will ensure clean, hygienic, and safe environments throughout the hotel, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction and operational profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices.
- Manage and safeguard departmental master keys and other security keys.
- Coordinate seamlessly with all hotel departments to optimise productivity and morale.
- Interact courteously with guests and staff, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members to deliver high‑level service and personalized amenities.
- Report any matters affecting hotel interests to management.
