About the role

As a Guest Service Associate (GSA) in the Front Office, you will ensure clean, hygienic, and safe environments throughout the hotel, contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction and operational profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices.
  • Manage and safeguard departmental master keys and other security keys.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with all hotel departments to optimise productivity and morale.
  • Interact courteously with guests and staff, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support team members to deliver high‑level service and personalized amenities.
  • Report any matters affecting hotel interests to management.

Required profile

  • Alert, courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Strong people‑management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to interact efficiently with guests and hotel personnel.
  • Commitment to delivering high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Willingness to follow organisational standards and safety procedures.
