About the role
The Growth Specialist will drive the expansion of preschool franchise units across the assigned region. You will identify new locations, evaluate prospects, and lead business presentations to secure franchise partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a Go‑To‑Location (GTL) plan to pinpoint potential franchise sites.
- Conduct city profiling surveys to build market insights.
- Prospect and qualify potential franchisees for preschool openings.
- Deliver persuasive business presentations to attract investment.
- Assess prospects on financial and social criteria to ensure fit.
- Follow the defined sales process to meet business targets.
Required profile
- PGDBM/MBA degree.
- 6–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in retail or franchise settings such as CCD, Barista, Lenskart, McDonald’s, etc.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Open to women candidates only.
