Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to lead the discovery and execution of high‑impact marketing strategies that can deliver exponential (100x) growth in revenue and audience reach. Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, you will work in a hybrid setting, splitting time between remote work and our Goa office.

Key responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and launch innovative marketing tactics that the current team has not yet explored.
• Validate experiments quickly; when an approach succeeds, build scalable systems so the initiative can operate independently of your daily involvement.
• Continuously iterate, moving from one breakthrough strategy to the next to sustain rapid growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience driving radical growth in revenue or reach.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think beyond traditional marketing channels.
• Comfortable thriving in a lean environment without relying on large teams.
• Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and learn from results.
