Graphic Designer – Remote (Performance Marketing)

About the role

Brelex Media, a performance‑marketing agency serving coaches, consultants and experts, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce high‑performing static visuals for digital advertising. You will work remotely alongside the marketing team to craft designs that drive engagement, leads and conversions across Meta, YouTube and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static creatives for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, landing pages and social media.
• Collaborate with marketers to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency while optimizing designs for performance.
• Iterate and refine assets based on feedback and campaign data.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional graphic‑design experience.
• Strong eye for design and understanding of performance‑marketing creatives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward revisions.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Canva.
