Graphic Designer – Political & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are seeking a creative and fast‑paced Graphic Designer to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The role focuses on producing visual content for political and public‑affairs campaigns, digital media, social platforms, presentations and events. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines and can deliver high‑impact assets within minutes of breaking news.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design high‑impact posters, infographics and other creative assets based on real‑time developments.
• Produce visual content for social media, digital campaigns, events, presentations and brand communication.
• Create and edit short‑form videos, reels and clips for digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers and campaign strategists to translate messaging into effective visual storytelling.
• Adapt designs for multiple formats – digital, print and social media – while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media and design trends and manage multiple design requests under tight timelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in political campaigns, public affairs or digital agencies.
• Ability to work on‑site in Thiruvananthapuram with immediate or short notice availability.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and digital content formats.
