Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, presentations, and branding initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with content, marketing, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop visually appealing concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for political, public, and event‑related communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver creatives within established timelines.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency.
• Stay current with design trends and evolving social‑media creative specifications.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in political campaigns, government projects, or public affairs is preferred.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred; candidates based in Kerala/Thiruvananthapuram are favored.
