Graphic Designer – Fundraising & Digital Campaigns

About the role

True Hope Foundation is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft emotionally resonant, high‑converting visuals for its fundraising and digital campaigns across India. You will work closely with marketing, content, video, and fundraising teams to bring urgent social‑impact stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, and campaign creatives.
• Design fundraising materials that connect donors emotionally and drive action.
• Produce visuals for WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, donor updates, website banners, landing pages, and promotional assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Develop urgent creatives for campaign launches and festival periods.
• Edit and enhance images to improve visual appeal and ad performance.
• Prepare posters, brochures, presentations, certificates, reports, and other branding collateral as needed.
• Research current design trends, ad formats, and social media specifications to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio of previous design work (mandatory).
• Experience in NGOs, healthcare, fundraising, digital marketing, or advertising agencies is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva.
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing or motion‑graphics knowledge (advantageous).
