Graphic Designer – End-to-End Design Owner

About the role

Win It Social is looking for a proactive Graphic Designer to own the full design lifecycle for our clients’ digital campaigns. Based in Mumbai, you will work closely with the Creative Head, turning complex briefs into punchy visual narratives that drive brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design process from brief capture in Notion to final export, ensuring deadlines are met without firefighting.
• Perform your own quality control to deliver zero‑defect outputs, allowing the Creative Head to focus on strategy.
• Build non‑destructive, logically layered files in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva that are easily editable by teammates.
• Translate client requirements into engaging visual stories for social media and other digital channels.
• Maintain strict asset management using defined folder structures and naming conventions.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Client‑first attitude, capable of turning brief details into compelling designs.
• Aspiration to grow into a leadership role, mentoring junior designers and documenting SOPs.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced skills in Canva for template creation.
• Familiarity with AI‑augmented tools such as Midjourney and ChatGPT for brainstorming.
• Experience using Notion for brief management.
