Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing & AI-Enhanced Design

About the role

Monastic Media® is seeking a Graphic Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for its e‑commerce clients. The role focuses on producing digital marketing graphics, ad creatives and social‑media visuals that drive conversions and reinforce brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver pixel‑perfect ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Produce engaging social‑media graphics and marketing collateral aligned with current design trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visual assets.
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to brainstorm ideas, generate prompts and accelerate the design workflow.
• Maintain consistency across brand assets and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Canva.
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools for design ideation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing visuals and high‑converting ad formats.
• Solid grasp of visual design fundamentals, composition, colour theory and typography.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a portfolio showcasing social‑media graphics, ad creatives and digital marketing assets.
