About the role

The AGGP2027 Graduate Sales/Support Associate programme is a two‑year development journey starting in October 2027. It combines rotations, formal training and real‑world responsibilities to accelerate your growth within Airbus, focusing on sales and business development in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and business development activities, including client presentations and pitch‑deck creation.
• Conduct market intelligence and research to track industry trends, emerging opportunities and regulatory changes.
• Perform competition analysis and assist in developing counter‑strategies.
• Help build basic financial and operational models for evaluating new sales campaigns and regional strategies.
• Complete at least one rotational placement to broaden exposure.

Required profile

• A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
