Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring across multiple regions, supporting AVASO’s rapid expansion. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating and securing top talent that aligns with our strategic goals and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑lifecycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing for diverse global positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, providing a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating AVASO’s value proposition to external prospects.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as source effectiveness and time‑to‑hire.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and pre‑boarding documentation.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit, and build relationships throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) is a plus.
• 0.6–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a global or fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Proven ability to handle moderate complexity tasks such as conflicting interview schedules and niche talent markets.

Required skills

• Boolean searching and social media sourcing.
• Data management and familiarity with global recruitment best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
