Global IT License, Procurement & Vendor Manager

About the role

As a Global IT License, Procurement & Vendor Manager you will own the end‑to‑end management of our worldwide IT vendor landscape, software licences and procurement processes. You will ensure transparency, cost efficiency and audit readiness across all contracts, renewals and licence usage.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a global view of IT vendor contracts, service models, SLAs and renewal calendars.
• Define, implement and operate a consistent IT procurement governance process.
• Manage the full IT licence lifecycle – demand, assignment, usage tracking, re‑harvesting, renewals and de‑commissioning.
• Lead Microsoft licensing strategy, assess program changes and drive optimisation.
• Apply commercial and financial expertise to forecast costs, identify savings and reduce over‑licensing.
• Ensure audit‑ready documentation and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement or licence administration.
• Proven ability to work in an international matrix organisation with Finance, Legal, Security and business stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in cost optimisation and financial forecasting.
