GenAI/Agentic AI specialist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking experienced Data Scientists to lead the design and deployment of generative and agentic AI solutions. You will work on cutting‑edge autonomous agents that collaborate, negotiate and make decisions in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI agents that operate independently or collaboratively.
• Design and implement hierarchical and distributed agent frameworks.
• Integrate large language models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) with agentic workflows.
• Measure and optimise autonomy, collaboration efficiency, task completion, response time and resource utilisation.
• Ensure explainability, error recovery and knowledge retention of AI agents.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Generative AI solution development.
• Strong understanding of AI agent collaboration, negotiation and autonomous decision‑making.
• Experience deploying AI agents in complex, dynamic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multi‑agent frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, LangChain and CrewAI.
• Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) into agentic systems.
• Knowledge of hierarchical agent architectures, distributed coordination and decentralized AI governance.
• Familiarity with memory architectures, tool use and action planning for AI agents.
