Full‑Time Crew Member – Pizza Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Crew Member to join our growing pizza brand in Kanpur. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help deliver freshly baked pizzas with speed, quality and a friendly customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas following brand recipes and standards.
• Operate ovens and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, service area and dining space.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions and handle billing and packaging.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak hours.
• Strong focus on hygiene and food‑safety practices.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic numeracy for order and portion control.

Required skills

• Basic food preparation and recipe following.
• Safe operation of kitchen equipment such as ovens.
