Full-time Waitress – On‑site

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our on‑site team at AMWORLD FOODCOURT in Sonkatch. This full‑time position involves welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly using AMPay or other in‑house ordering systems.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain clean and well‑presented tables and dining areas.
• Handle guest requests, answer basic menu questions, and manage payments.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of food & beverage service operations.
• Basic understanding of cooking or food preparation to communicate with kitchen staff.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Team‑player with good time‑management and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS or digital ordering systems (e.g., AMPay).
