Full-time Medical Doctor – Pune

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Medical Doctor to join our Pune facility. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive clinical care to out‑patient and in‑patient populations, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and imaging investigations.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide follow‑up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Coordinate with nursing and support staff and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate health information clearly to patients and families and deliver health education.
• Contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives within the facility.

Required profile

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical registration/license.
• Clinical experience in outpatient and/or inpatient settings with strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and evidence‑based care.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pune full‑time and manage emergency cases.
• Experience in hospital or clinic practice; familiarity with basic medical software or electronic health records is an advantage.
• Readiness for continuous professional development and training.
