About the role
We are looking for a friendly, full-time Ice Cream Scooper to join our Mumbai store. The role involves greeting customers, explaining flavors, and serving ice‑cream portions accurately and hygienically.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer questions about flavors, and create a warm store atmosphere.
- Scoop, plate, and serve ice cream, and assist with basic food preparation for toppings and cones.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter, seating area, and workstations.
- Support opening and closing routines, including stock checks and equipment cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and friendly service.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication ability to explain menu items.
- Basic food‑preparation knowledge and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Accurate cash handling and willingness to learn POS operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
