Full Stack Engineer

About the role
Elimai.ai is building AI‑native products for healthcare and manufacturing. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who will design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end AI‑first systems, from APIs and data models to agent orchestration and user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement production‑grade, multi‑step agentic workflows that classify, extract, summarize and act on real‑world data.
- Build AI‑infused backend services, including event‑driven pipelines, queues, async workers and webhooks.
- Develop and maintain MCP servers and tools that expose internal data sources to AI agents.
- Create full‑stack features with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB data models, and React/Next.js front‑ends.
- Optimize inference cost and latency through model routing, prompt caching and appropriate model selection.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience shipping production software as a backend or full‑stack engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and comfortable with the MERN stack; React/Next.js a strong plus.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services, containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI engineering concepts such as LLM prompt engineering, agent SDKs, RAG, vector search and small model fine‑tuning.
