Full Stack Developer – Web & Application Development

About the role

The Digital Innovation and Development Unit (DIDU) at MIT-ADT University is looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to maintain and enhance the university’s official website and create landing pages that support marketing initiatives. The role combines server‑side development, UI/UX design, and DevOps practices to deliver reliable, secure, and user‑friendly web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the university’s official website, ensuring high performance and uptime.
• Design and develop responsive landing pages aligned with marketing strategies.
• Build and customize solutions using PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and related frameworks.
• Manage server‑side operations, optimize performance, and enforce security best practices.
• Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Administer MySQL, SQL, and MongoDB databases, including policy lifecycle management.
• Implement DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Write unit tests, debug issues, and resolve bugs promptly.
• Support basic SEO optimization and generate Google Analytics reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain good team relationships.
