About the role

Amazon's Devices Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to drive high‑volume technical hiring. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, building strong pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the company’s customer‑centric mission.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates through proactive market research and data‑driven insights.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring diverse, qualified talent pipelines are delivered on time.
• Leverage industry trends and competitor analysis to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Screen, assess, and guide candidates through the hiring process, using best‑in‑class engagement techniques.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors to meet talent needs.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience, communication, and urgency.
• Track and exceed key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and cycle times.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving recruiting efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or search‑firm environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking or contact management systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume and niche hiring.
• Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events is a plus.
