Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive manages the reception area of Hotel Tunga Regency, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience for all guests. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting visitors, handling reservations, and providing courteous assistance throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage reservations, room assignments and process payments using the hotel management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate guest records, update information in the system and keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized.
• Address guest concerns, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and uphold hotel policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• Strong front‑office and receptionist skills, including check‑in/check‑out handling and reservation management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with guests and team members.
• Solid customer‑service mindset with empathy, responsiveness and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality, front desk or customer‑facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a professional appearance.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or degree is advantageous.
