Front Office Executive

About the role

We are seeking a professional, guest‑focused Front Office Executive to join our luxury wellness resort in Visakhapatnam. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check‑in, provide a warm farewell at checkout.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage VIP arrivals and departures, including pre‑registration formalities.
• Allocate rooms, maintain up‑to‑date occupancy, rates, promotions, and guest profiles.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Collect guest feedback and record preferences.
• Perform basic cashier duties and handle phone inquiries.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and adhere to hotel policies and grooming standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office, guest relations, or similar roles within a reputable hotel or resort.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
