About the role
The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports daily administrative operations and coordinates communication across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate call logs.
- Handle courier receipts and dispatches, recording handovers and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance requests.
- Schedule appointments for webinars, training sessions, and meetings with university staff.
- Update walk‑in and telephone queries in the computer system.
- Coordinate visits and webinars for admission managers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to designated officers.
- Send attendance sheets to HR and Accounts and manage the CEO’s calendar.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar front‑office or administrative role.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Zoom for virtual meetings.
