Front Office Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Office Associate to join our dynamic team at a prestigious hotel. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless stay for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify identification, and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, including room assignment, payment collection, and key issuance.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accurate room availability.
• Maintain a clean front desk area, update guest records, room status, and front‑office logs.
• Prepare vouchers, handle cash transactions, and maintain ledgers and registers.
• Communicate effectively with guests, hotel departments, and management while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and security procedures.

Required profile

• Any degree or equivalent experience with 0‑3 years of front office experience, preferably in the hotel sector.
• Basic knowledge of accounts is preferable.
• Excellent customer service focus and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems for reservation management and guest information.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
