Front Office Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Ambassador to be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel in Mumbai. You will represent the brand with a warm smile, ensuring every visitor receives a memorable and professional experience while supporting smooth front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reception desk duties, answer phones, direct calls and respond to inquiries.
• Process check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized records and databases, keeping information up‑to‑date.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling and office coordination as needed.
• Uphold professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in front office, reception, customer service or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional regional language a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office applications.
