Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

About the role
We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Prahladnagar office. The role combines administrative support with travel coordination, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests and staff alike.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flight/train bookings, hotel reservations and visa processing.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor schedules across internal departments.
- Oversee courier dispatches, maintain records, and verify related bills.
- Maintain stationery inventory and provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in front‑office or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional attitude with good organizational and multitasking skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
