About the role
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports daily office operations by managing appointments, handling correspondence, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries.
- Maintain visitor and appointment records.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as document and courier handling.
- Provide information to customers and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day front office operations.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service or administration (freshers with strong communication are also considered).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional attitude, well‑groomed and courteous.
- Ability to multitask, be responsible and punctual.
