About the role
Damco is looking for a Front Desk Associate to create a welcoming environment while supporting HR, administrative and facility activities. The role blends reception duties with basic HR coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations at the Noida office.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, employees and candidates with professionalism.
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails and courier services.
- Coordinate access for guests, visitors and staff.
- Maintain a tidy reception and waiting area.
- Support HR onboarding processes and employee engagement events.
- Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments and front‑office logistics.
- Oversee cafeteria operations and ensure cleanliness.
- Work with housekeeping to keep office premises hygienic.
- Maintain purchase and inventory records in Excel.
- Identify and liaise with vendors for gifts, cleaning supplies, stationery and other office needs.
Required profile
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, approachable and professional attitude.
- Organized, punctual and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask across HR and front‑office duties.
- Flexibility to work variable or extended hours when required.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable handling printers and scanners.
- Experience with online meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- Ability to maintain digital logs and generate reports.
