Fresher Process Associate – Voice Call Center (Walk‑In)

About the role

HCL is conducting a walk‑in hiring drive for fresh graduates to join its Voice Process team. As a Process Associate you will handle inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers, working on flexible shifts including night timings.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place voice calls for customers in the United States.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
• Fresh graduate from any non‑engineering degree (UG or PG).
