French Payroll Processing Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented French Payroll Processing Analyst to manage monthly payroll activities for multiple countries. The role involves ensuring accurate employee pay, handling tax and third‑party payments, and supporting payroll system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update employee pay changes (bank details, bonuses, absences, etc.) across various countries on a monthly basis.
- Compile the monthly payroll for managerial approval.
- Respond to employee and business inquiries related to payroll.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and third‑party payments.
- Participate in basic testing of payroll regulatory changes.
Required profile
- Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Proven experience in French payroll processing.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Comfortable operating in an international, matrix environment.
Required skills
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
