French-English Interpreter (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English Interpreter to join a multinational company's customer support team on a permanent work‑from‑home basis. The role involves providing accurate, real‑time interpretation during telephone and video calls between English‑speaking and French‑speaking participants.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to conversations and precisely interpret English to French and French to English.
• Maintain neutrality and impartiality while delivering interpretations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Handle night and rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 certification in French (or B1 with at least 6 months experience) or a UG/PG degree in French.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Education: 12th, diploma, or any graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience.

Required skills

• High proficiency in spoken French and English.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Effective communication and neutral interpretation skills.
