Freight Broker

About the role

BnR Logistics is seeking a full‑time Freight Broker to join its on‑site team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role focuses on managing freight transactions, building strong relationships with carriers and clients, and ensuring smooth logistics operations that meet the company’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate freight bookings, dispatching, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and internal clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise during transport.
• Support account management activities to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals and improve brokerage processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight brokerage and brokerage operations.
• Strong background in customer service and client relationship management.
• Hands‑on experience with dispatching and logistics coordination.
• Experience in account management, focusing on client satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
