About the role
We are expanding our R&R Dispatch Hub and are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join us as Dispatch Executives on the night shift. The role focuses on US truck dispatch operations, providing hands‑on experience in the logistics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day US truck dispatching operations.
- Communicate professionally with brokers and drivers.
- Search, negotiate, and coordinate loads.
- Assist with load booking and dispatch operations.
- Maintain proper communication and documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for smooth execution.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the US logistics industry.
