About the role

We are looking for a driven Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing international agency. You will work fully remotely, managing the complete recruitment cycle for high‑volume, on‑camera and presenter roles, with the freedom to set your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to placement.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure rapid and high‑quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for continuous hiring demand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume sourcing and recruitment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong candidate management and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on successful placements.
