Fraud Analyst

About the role
The Fraud Analyst will join TCS BPS in Chennai, supporting the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities within banking operations. This position is suited for candidates with a background in banking processes or fraud operations and offers exposure to rotational shift work.
Key responsibilities
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to ensure continuous fraud monitoring.
Required profile
- Graduate with a minimum of 15 years of regular full‑time education (10+2+3).
- 1–4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in any banking process or 2–6 months in fraud operations.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to work night and rotational shifts.
- Notice period of 0–90 days preferred.
- Ability to provide all educational and employment documents.
- Salary must be credited through bank transfer (no cash).
