Franchise Head - only women

About the role

The Franchise Head will lead the expansion of our international preschool brand across the assigned region. This senior sales role focuses on identifying new locations, evaluating prospects, and driving franchise growth, with a specific focus on recruiting women franchisees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a Go‑To‑Location (GTL) plan to pinpoint potential preschool franchise sites.
• Conduct city profiling surveys to create market understanding for each target city.
• Prospect and locate qualified franchise candidates for new preschool units.
• Deliver business presentations to convince prospects to invest in a franchise.
• Evaluate prospects on financial and social criteria to ensure fit.
• Follow the defined sales process to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• PGDBM/MBA degree.
• 6–8 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in retail, schools or franchise units.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with similar franchise or retail brands such as CCD, Barista, Lenskart, McDonald’s, etc.
• Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
