FP&A Specialist - CP&O

About the role

The FP&A Specialist will support global function heads, managers and finance business partners by managing finance data, building dashboards and driving automation initiatives. The role emphasizes data accuracy, visualization and analytics to deliver actionable insights for planning, forecasting and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end financial planning and analysis services, designing, implementing and maintaining automated reporting tools.
• Deliver semi‑automated, manual and ad‑hoc analytical outputs based on business requirements.
• Support functional controlling activities including budgeting, cost control, charging mechanisms and tax compliance within the Real Estate function.
• Lead continuous process improvement, standardisation and innovation, and validate process performance against KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, identify process inefficiencies and ensure alignment with process standards.
• Participate in regional and global process‑improvement initiatives and coach colleagues on best practices.
• Govern master data and system configurations such as chart of accounts and Business Warehouse tools.

Required profile

• Professional qualification CA or CMA.
• 3‑5 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes.
• Interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
