FP&A Control Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Control Analyst to join the Finance team supporting the Technology entity. The role will drive the quarterly close, ensure accurate financial reporting and uphold internal controls across a complex, matrix‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly close process for the Technology entity, including accruals, pre‑payments, inter‑company charge‑ins and spend reviews.
• Support the FP&A Controller in applying accounting policies, preparing group reporting data and validating supplementary information.
• Maintain and review WBS and cost‑coding structures, manage asset‑under‑construction reviews and oversee capital project accounting.
• Assist with quarterly due‑diligence and financial memorandum governance, providing assurance on internal controls.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, respond to audit queries and support statutory accounting processes.
• Perform variance analysis, prepare analytical dashboards and ensure compliance with transfer‑pricing recharge models.

Required profile

• Business or Finance degree (Master’s preferred) with ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification.
• 3‑4 years of post‑graduate experience in financial reporting within a global, matrix‑organized company, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong accounting knowledge, inquisitive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder‑management capability.
