FP&A Analyst

About the role

Wise is seeking an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its global Finance Business Partnering team in Hyderabad. You will help departments understand their cost base, manage budgets and drive efficiency while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support Finance Business Partnering by analysing cost structures, managing budgets and optimizing efficiency.
• Lead budgeting and re‑forecasting processes, building accurate OPEX models and forecasts for key growth drivers.
• Perform actual‑vs‑forecast variance analysis to surface risks, opportunities and trends for data‑driven decisions.
• Enhance existing financial models and BI dashboards to deliver deeper commercial insights.
• Generate clear, narrative‑driven insights from data‑backed financial analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Proven ability to build, maintain and audit complex financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable building inter‑team relationships and communicating complex numbers in simple narratives.
• Proficient in spreadsheet modelling, data extraction and analysis.
• Solid understanding of expense classification, fixed vs variable costs, and financial statements.
