Forms/Checklist Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Forms/Checklist Developer to design and build responsive web‑based forms, checklists and data‑entry interfaces that streamline business processes. The role focuses on creating dynamic, validated forms and integrating them with back‑end services and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive forms, checklists, and data entry interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement dynamic form behavior, validations, and conditional workflows.
• Create reporting frameworks and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
• Integrate forms with backend APIs, databases, and reporting systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across applications.
• Optimize form performance and user experience across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing forms and reporting modules.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in HTML‑based application development, forms creation, and reporting solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and security.
