Food Truck Assistant

About the role

Burrito Bandwagon is looking for a motivated Food Truck Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. You will support daily operations on our mobile kitchen, ensuring high‑quality food, a clean workspace, and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to recipe standards.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the truck.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
• Support fellow crew members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Experience in food preparation and familiarity with food‑and‑beverage safety standards.
• Proven ability to deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Basic math skills; cashier experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in a food‑truck or quick‑service setting is advantageous.
• Passion for food and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
