About the role
Join IKEA’s Food team in the Pacific region and help create a safe, sustainable, and joyful food experience for every customer. You will work across the restaurant, bistro, kitchen, or Swedish Food Market, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations of IKEA Food areas, including preparation, service, and clean‑up.
- Act on customer feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the food experience.
- Maintain compliance with global and national food safety and quality standards.
- Promote IKEA’s brand values and sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Use retail foundations and sales tools to help achieve commercial targets.
- Contribute to the unit’s business plan and support a high‑performing team.
Required profile
- Passionate about food, people, and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment, preferably retail or hospitality.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and a strong team player who can take initiative.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Committed to food safety, quality, and sustainability.
