Food Service Team Member – Pacific

About the role

Join IKEA’s Food team in the Pacific region and help create a safe, sustainable, and joyful food experience for every customer. You will work across the restaurant, bistro, kitchen, or Swedish Food Market, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of IKEA Food areas, including preparation, service, and clean‑up.
• Act on customer feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the food experience.
• Maintain compliance with global and national food safety and quality standards.
• Promote IKEA’s brand values and sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Use retail foundations and sales tools to help achieve commercial targets.
• Contribute to the unit’s business plan and support a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Passionate about food, people, and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment, preferably retail or hospitality.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and a strong team player who can take initiative.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Committed to food safety, quality, and sustainability.
